Revamping the Public Service Architecture.
Minister of Public Administration and Political Affairs signed an agreement with HUMNCE. LLC in the presence of the Minister of Communications, Technology and Innovation with funding from the Ministry of Finance to develop and operationalize a historic digital Human Resource (HR) Hub for the Public Service of Sierra Leone.
This exciting move is a major step toward President Bio’s Big Five agenda to Revamp Public Service Architecture.
This hub will include but not be limited to digitize:
– Recruitment
– Onboarding
– Attendance
– Individual Performance Appraisal System (IPAS)
– Transfers and promotions
– Capacity building and knowledge management
– personnel profiling etc.
We thank His Excellency the President, Dr. Julius Maada Bio, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Communications, Technology and Innovation, the National Public Procurement Agency and all those who, in diverse ways, have contributed to us where we are today.
We now move to the pilot stage and then, eventually roll out
